Wes Okafor, Owner & Lead Insulation Technician
I’ve been sealing and insulating Los Angeles homes since 2016, and I still climb every attic I can. Started this company after watching too many jobs where blown fiberglass got dumped on top of unsealed can lights and open top plates - three inches of product doing exactly nothing for the envelope. I hold a BPI Building Analyst certification and specialize in dense-pack cellulose for older Los Angeles bungalows with irregular joist bays. Off the job, I restore vintage motorcycles in my garage in El Sereno, which is where I learned that torque specs matter - same as air-sealing specs.

Marcus has been with us four years, and he’s the one we send when a job involves spray foam in a tight crawl space under a 1920s Los Angeles duplex. He’s SPF-certified through Demilec and has a particular knack for rim-joist detail work - the kind of sealing that stops the musty crawl-space smell homeowners in Mid-City complain about every winter.
